I’ve used this service for about 5 years and it was great. Lately not so much! They are now consistently unresponsive and impossible to reach. After working through some rough spots last month, today my site is offline, cannot reach anyone via phone, emails go unanswered and a significant drop in services. I have no choice other than to cancel my account.

They didn’t do one single thing I asked them to do a ton of times. Literally has done zero for my business. Complete waste of time and money
