Try to scam money out of you at every opportunity. ### 1/5 — so bad *2023-04-13* i ordered a dress for my birthday and was so excited until it came, there was a massive rip on the side of the dress. the material is so thin and cheap which isn’t expected for a $120 dress. iv emailed multiple times and received no response, a lot of girls have the same opinion and have to comment on there social media pages just to get a response… do not shop here. iv also ordered clothes in the past and both tops had poor stitching with loose strings! ### 2/5 — Beautiful dresses. The app needs fixing though, while going through the clothes, it refresh the page for no reason and I lost my spot AND it rearranges the clothes order so I can’t go back to page 4/5/6 😕 ### 5/5 — Most unique designs of clothing ever *2024-11-30* Most stand-out, unique, thoughtful and beautifully designed pieces every single time I visit their website, this is my go-to brand for festivals. ### 5/5 — Outfits *2024-09-11, version 3.7* Loooove these outfits, I’m a petite girly and the xx works well for me :). The customer service don’t get me started on, i had to return an item (first time for everything hehe) and the customer service is so genuine when it comes to situations they just know how to fix it and make sure the customer is happy. Soo many good discount codes on here too ### 4/5 — Needs some work done *2024-08-03* App works okay, but there definitely some work that needs to be done. For example, I just placed my very first order to be delivered to me, and I am in the U.S., but when I went to go click on this order under “My Orders”, I got a pop up notification asking me if I want to stay on the Canada version of the site, or switch to the U.S. I thought I had already been on the U.S. one because the prices were in USD and I entered my address and all. However, after I chose the option to switch to the U.S. site, whenever I go to click on this order, it says the page I’m looking for does not exist. I now have no way of checking my order status. And if the reason is because I do actually need to switch to the U.S. version somehow (even though I already pressed a button to), there is no option to even double check or anything. Thankfully, I got an email confirmation, however it’s frustrating that I cannot check my email order status from the app. Besides this, it works good enough… ### 4/5 — No filters *2023-08-29* I would love this app so much more if I can simply filter by size and color so I’m not wasting time going through the whole website 😫😫😫😫 ### 3/5 — App could use some work *2026-06-06* clothing range is so unique and fun. however some product quality is lacking for the price you pay. the website is so slow which is why i opted to download their app instead thinking it would run faster but turns out the app is even slower. i thought that maybe it was a phone issue so i tried using it on my macbook and it was still taking forever to load. please fix this !! **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback!
