It won’t let me set up an account. It says it wants my email and password. I have never used this app till now. So I have no clue what to do but need it for my drs orders.

It is easy to send assessments to patients. OutcomeMD even sends follow up assessments automatically! Tracking a patient's progress has never been easier!
