### 4/5 — Outcome for me a serendipitous find

*2024-09-26, version 5.14.4*

I appreciate the app features and reminders to help with symptom management.an. Easy to use app during a difficult health adventurewith cancer diagnosis Better than journaling for my needs.
Thanks for d eloping an app that helpsmanage through the cancer care journey.resource links were great reading helping me be more prepared to understand oncologists’recommendationsin the treatment plan and timeline.

### 3/5 — Timeline out of order

*2021-08-14*

I like to be able to keep track of my medical appointments and when I stopped and started medication but the journal tracker is no longer in date order and is very confusing. It doesn’t allow me to easily see my history. I’m not sure if this is a bug fix or something else, but it is frustrating.

### 5/5 — Very helpful and encouraging

*2021-07-29*

I found this app after being diagnosed with stage IV metastatic breast cancer. I love how you can track how you’re feeling/doing every day and there’s options to help deal with what you’re going through. It’s very encouraging to get notifications about the latest findings and research being done for metastatic breast cancer. I would suggest this app for everyone dealing with breast cancer !

### 4/5 — Breast cancer support

*2021-06-20*

Everything is great love ❤️ the connection for patients such as myself; however, I wish it had appointment tracker.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Avoid it’s truly awful

*2026-05-22, version 8.2.11*

Installation clunky, says it’s free but declares payment accepted, sets its own strong password but requests you to do so. Like an app designed in a teen’s bedroom circa 1981… useless.

### 1/5 — Collects a lot of info about you and then sells it

*2025-05-15, version 6.1.7*

The privacy policy for this app is ridiculous. Precise geolocation? Personally identifiable information sold to marketers? Awful

### 1/5 — Great app if you were born on 1/14/2007.

*2025-01-14, version 5.15.1*

First question to set it up is you date of birth and with the drop down options the ONLY date of birth you can enter is 1/14/2007. Seeing as how I was born 26 years before that I’m sure the plan would be different. This was a waste of
my time.

### 1/5 — Wonky and useless

*2024-02-21, version 5.12.0*

I have endometrial cancer, a very common cancer for women. Not available on this app. Just signing up was extremely difficult. Not useful at all to me

### 1/5 — Nuttin’ but disappointment so far

*2023-11-03*

Saw the TV ad.
Installed the App.
Registered.
When I selected my affliction 😔, I get nuttin’.
The choice buttons appear to be pressed/clicked, with the cursor spinning.
	Nothing happens beyond this GUI.

Navigation of app and web [plus they look nothing like each other] is confusing to me.

Even getting to here [support] was not simple either.
No retype password field to verify entry.
Password not saved to iOS Keychain. Is that by design?

I wanna’ be sarcastic. Just not in the mood. I’m losing interest and about to give up.

### 2/5 — Is this real

*2025-04-09*

For months my app has say (still does) it will take 3 weeks to review your medical records. I stop recording my side effects bc I’m starting to believe this place is no longer in business.

### 2/5 — Cannot add providers

*2024-11-07*

I’ve been trying to set up my account and pull in my records but, my doctors aren’t listed in your limited drop down options and there isn’t a way to ADD a provider. This app will not do me any good lacking this information.

### 2/5 — Mammograms

*2023-04-14*

I was diagnosed with a lumpectomy in February 2021. I was told by the oncologist to have a mammogram once yearly and be checked. I did have one mammogram and will be having my 2nd on at the beginning of May.
My physician did request it in October but our medical system is so outrageous and I’m not sure how they work the system, it the system doesn’t work. Patients should be notified immediately when they have finished the mammogram with a following appt unless of course there is an emergent case but one should not have to wait for 2 years. Cancer is scary enough.

### 2/5 — Not personalized enough

*2020-10-19, version 2.12.1*

There needs to more specific questions for personalization. I have bilateral breast cancer, one has HER2+ and the other has HER2- There isn’t anywhere for my specific diagnosis’ to be entered. So I can’t really personalize this to me specifically.

### 3/5 — Needs some work

*2023-09-12*

Need to have the ability to upload diagnosis for this with multiple, different cancers.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — A must-have if you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your diagnosis

*2025-04-16*

I was so lost when I was first diagnosed with cancer. Outcomes4Me helped me make sense of my pathology report, understand my treatment options, and even brought up questions I hadn’t thought to ask my doctor. It’s empowering to finally feel like an informed participant in my own care.

### 5/5 — Built for patients, by people who get it

*2025-04-16*

You can tell this app was designed with compassion and real experience behind it. From understanding side effects to accessing second opinions and clinical trial matches it’s like having a supportive, super smart advocate in your pocket.

### 5/5 — Informative and Evidence based Treatment Options

*2022-10-28*

This app offers specific information for treatment options that are tailored to your treatment history and your progression status. The info. is based on medical studies published in peer reviewed journals. This app is unique in that it suggests current studies for which you are eligible. They even offer 1-1 consults with oncology nurses (sometimes) and may summarize medical conferences. I highly recommend it.

### 5/5 — V adams rn

*2022-09-07, version 3.10.9*

Although a nurse this is unfamiliar territory for me so helpful

### 5/5 — Outcomes4Me

*2022-08-25*

Excellent app to provide information regarding breast cancer. Extremely helpful in answering questions and providing questions to ask that you were unaware of.

Thank you for a up to date app for newly diagnosed breast cancer patients and explained very well to non- medical people.

### 5/5 — Outcomes4Me

*2022-07-18*

Even though there’s a lot of info it’s all good even if it don’t pertain to me now. They really try to explain things in a way that’s understandable to the layperson. It has helped me stay off google and formulate intelligent questions for my onco drs. I am very grateful. God bless you💕🙏😇
