The screen is not loading after I put in my birthdate and then click continue ### 2/5 — Check in/out *2024-12-30, version 1.10.2* The app is a cool idea, but it wouldn’t let me finish checking into the WMA, and when I try to check out it won’t let me do that either. I’ve signed out and logged back into my account and that doesn’t seem to help. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled the app, I’ve even turned my phone off and restarted it to see if that would help. I’ve never had issues with this app until this year. I’ve tried contacting someone about the app but haven’t found a resolution. Every time I check in the screen goes blank so I restarted the phone loaded the app still the same problems seems like other people are having his problems too you would think that they would try to resolve it specially being its mandatory to check in. I have had problems with the app from the first time I uploaded it on my phone. There was no way to sign in by paper at the WMA I was hunting at so this was the only way for me to check in. Now I can’t check out. Any help would be appreciated. ### 1/5 — Will not display my license *2023-11-23* Purchased a fishing license for myself and my wife. Downloaded this app and logged into both our accounts. The license tab would never display either license. The refresh tab just spins and nothing changes on the display. Tried reinstalling the app and logging in a second time. Still no licenses displayed in the app. Just shows our names as license holders and a second line containing the letters CID#: Deleted the app after two weeks as it has no useful functionality other than the regulations which are available online ### 4/5 — Good app, just one problem. *2023-11-16, version 1.9.2* The app is very nicely laid out compared to some other states' apps, and especially fluid and nice for Alabama software standards. Though, one thing I find mildly annoying is that because of how the license is handled in the app, YOU CANNOT ADD YOUR LICENSE TO APPLE WALLET. At least, for now. If you guys manage to get an integration on the iOS version for Apple Wallet (and integrate Google Wallet/any other android wallet, at least the major ones), that'd be awesome. I'm willing to give it 4/5 based on the fact that it's laid out nicely, everything's accessible, and it's extremely fluid between screens (with exception to settings but I'll let it slide.) ### 2/5 — Does not currently display licenses *2023-10-27* The app has the best intentions, but fails to execute on them in any capacity. Initially, I assumed that I was checking too frequently and too close to the purchase date of my license. Maybe a database sync between the main website and one the app uses. That does not seem to be the case, however, as it is approaching 2 months since I purchased my license and refreshing the page produces an infinite loading loop. I do hope this gets fixed, as the prospect of just hitting a button and showing my license is very appealing. 2 stars because it at least shows me the weather. ### 1/5 — Update your app. Be more like Florida. *2023-10-02, version 1.9.0* This app is a joke. This yr 2025 specifically, I’ve had constant issues with the app not loading properly for check ins as well as not loading the “where to hunt” WMA maps. It will say “Where to hunt” not available. I will have to close out the app and then try again. Sometimes it takes doing this several times to get into certain pages on the app. It has been VERY BUGGY this year.
