## What is outdusk?

outdusk is a 90s arcade endless runner. One button, one course a day, and the whole world runs the same one.

Tap to jump, hold to float, and outlast the dark as the speed climbs. Every day outdusk builds a single seeded course from the date, identical for every player on earth. Retries replay it exactly, so every run is practice and every metre counts.

WHAT YOU DO
- One-button controls: tap to jump, hold to float. Coyote time and input buffering keep mistimed taps feeling fair.
- Run the daily seed: a fresh course drops each day and everyone runs the exact same layout.
- Claim distance relics at 1K, 3K and 6K metres, the same milestones for every player.
- Keep a consecutive-day streak alive by coming back each day. Miss a day and it resets.
- Grab four gadget power-ups from plane-dropped crates: Plow to clear the field, Jetpack to fly, Shield to eat a hit, Score x2 to double your haul.
- Push through 11 distance zones, each repainting the world in its own neon palette.
- Pick from five hand-drawn runners and twelve colours, all unlocked from the start.

90s ARCADE, THROUGH AND THROUGH
An original chiptune soundtrack, crunchy sound effects, CRT scanlines, a vignette and a screen-shake on every crash. Fly-by planes buzz the screen and drop banners straight out of the decade: AS IF, COWABUNGA, DA BOMB, RADICAL. All original artwork and audio.

FREE, OFFLINE, PRIVATE
outdusk is free to play. No ads, no in-app purchases, no loot boxes. It runs fully offline and generates the daily course locally from the date, so you can play anywhere with no connection. There are no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Your scores, relics and streak are stored only on your device and never leave it.
