It’s incredibly simple to use, and truly helps gives inspiration and ideas to bring out items I haven’t thought to wear in ages. The interface is very pleasing and user-friendly. I was hesitant if an app could genuinely make helpful changes, but I surprised myself. I recommend if you have a big wardrobe just adding items occasionally from your wardrobe it’s so easy and no hassle rather than doing it all at once. Highly recommend for anyone, absolutely worth it!! ### 1/5 — Please help!! Paid membership but locked out *2026-07-19, version 2.50.24* I really loved it and bought a membership. Worked for a few weeks and then I was locked out of my closet. I have contacted support and used the AI chat many times with no response. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-04-11, version 2.50.13* Horrible app.. whenever you ask the AI to generate you a fit majority of the time it generates the same pants. The same accessories. Maybe different shoes. And NO SHIRT. And says “black loose leather top” I DONT EVEN HAVE THAT? I find an image and try to save it, only to be redirected to the same random preset image searches. Tried changing my email twice and put in the code, only for it to go through a loop of verification. Also adding subcategories and editing the info, doesn’t save and you have to redo A LOT for it to finally save. I’ll most likely delete as it’s just not for me right now. Wish there was an app that actually worked. ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste your Time! *2025-10-13, version 2.30.71* I really wanted to love Pronti, but it’s just not functional. The clothes scheduler doesn’t work, the “occasions” feature mixes all clothes randomly, and the filters don’t do what they should. What’s the point of adding brand, size, and material details if there’s no way to see closet stats? It’s hard to believe that after years, the app still struggles with such basic issues. I spent days uploading my closet only to find that nothing works properly. Preferences are also weak — for example, why can’t I switch temperatures to Fahrenheit? The calendar integration doesn’t sync with my multiple work and personal calendars either. The app is missing core features like closet cost tracking and stats, and even the color selection tool is bad — it mislabels most uploads. I wouldn’t mind paying for the app if it actually worked, but right now even the basics aren’t reliable. The AI outfit-mixing concept is great, but if occasions and temperature settings don’t factor in, it’s pointless. To make things worse, when I tried submitting feedback through the “Help Improve Pronti” tab, the app crashed. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2025-10-09, version 2.30.70* 0 stars if I could. This is for your own closet. Who has time for that. There is no “inspiration” or ideas. And it also looks like a rummage site. Waste of money. Don’t. ### 1/5 — App notworking *2025-09-14, version 2.30.65* Too many glitches! The on boarding requires a lot of time and after all that, it would not generate AI criteria. Said I didn’t have enough in my closet.. It stated my closet had 141 items instead of the three dozen that I loaded correctly. I tried to troubleshoot myself and reached out to customer service four times with no response. I would recommend you only load the minimum amount to see if it is even working for you. I wish I had read the other reviews first, will check out the fits app or Dressmate ### 3/5 — Key features dont work *2025-09-13, version 2.30.65* The "Just Mine" feature where it plans outfits for you based solely on the clothes you've uploaded just doesn't work.
