Tried changing my email twice and put in the code, only for it to go through a loop of verification. Also adding subcategories and editing the info, doesn’t save and you have to redo A LOT for it to finally save. I’ll most likely delete as it’s just not for me right now. I was shocked when I wanted to see how the app works and wanted to upload a couple of pictures from my closet just to get an idea of how the app overall works. But it reality you don’t even have an option to do that… It doesn’t let you upload even one picture. Instead it just throws you to the subscription plans in order to do it (BUT why would I pay for something when I don’t even know what I’m buying and if I’m gonna like it or not?) Also I would like to mention about adding a free trial option which actually would be very nice for your costumers. The clothes scheduler doesn’t work, the “occasions” feature mixes all clothes randomly, and the filters don’t do what they should. What’s the point of adding brand, size, and material details if there’s no way to see closet stats? It’s hard to believe that after years, the app still struggles with such basic issues. I spent days uploading my closet only to find that nothing works properly. Preferences are also weak — for example, why can’t I switch temperatures to Fahrenheit? The calendar integration doesn’t sync with my multiple work and personal calendars either. The app is missing core features like closet cost tracking and stats, and even the color selection tool is bad — it mislabels most uploads. I wouldn’t mind paying for the app if it actually worked, but right now even the basics aren’t reliable. The AI outfit-mixing concept is great, but if occasions and temperature settings don’t factor in, it’s pointless. To make things worse, when I tried submitting feedback through the “Help Improve Pronti” tab, the app crashed. I would recommend you only load the minimum amount to see if it is even working for you. I contacted support 4x over a week with screenshots and got ignored. Canceled my paid plan. It’s incredibly simple to use, and truly helps gives inspiration and ideas to bring out items I haven’t thought to wear in ages. The interface is very pleasing and user-friendly. I was hesitant if an app could genuinely make helpful changes, but I surprised myself. I recommend if you have a big wardrobe just adding items occasionally from your wardrobe it’s so easy and no hassle rather than doing it all at once. It’s simple (you just upload your outfits, say what sort of look you’re going for and it makes the outfit design for you) and really useful - you can plan outfits for lots of different events, like beach, casual, date, travel, etc. I definitely recommend it!
