Very sad and if this is how it is we won’t be going past the free trial. ### 2/5 — Not ready for iPad not good interface *2018-11-17, version 7.0.7* Very poor interface, web is not any better I setup up for one FB every 12h but it posted worth of 30 credits in minutes. No support whatsoever but good concept. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t get it to load at all, so... *2018-05-26, version 6.0.4* I wanted to try out this app, but I couldn’t get it to load my credentials for my Etsy shop. I kept typing in my Etsy password, getting to the authentication screen, pressing “Allow Access” and getting a hang screen. I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review about a bug like this, but I feel like I should change my store’s password now and I wanted to warn other Etsy sellers. ### 1/5 — App Steals your credits *2016-12-13, version 3.0.3* Horrendous and frustrating! You spend time writing posts. Then you get a phone call. All is lost and start all over again or it needs to open your instagram account. All is lost and you loose your credits for nothing posted. These guys are a rip off. ### 1/5 — App is too Slow. Crashes. Desktop site is no better also *2016-08-06, version 2.0.3* App doesn't function properly. So slow. Fetching data takes too long. Glitches too. So difficult to log in will delete. The desktop site is not much better. Save yourself time and utilize another social tool ### 1/5 — Outfy *2016-05-29, version 1.0.8* Well if you plan to market on Instagram good luck with this app, because as of now 5/29/16 it doesn't work at all. You will need this app according to its developers to market on IG with the Shopify app. It's a real shame the app constantly crashes. I hope some will correct this issue soon because not having the ability to market on IG makes this app not worth paying as you go in your Shopify store. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2016-03-10, version 1.0.5* I just signed up for Outfy and on my phone I have to use this app to post products. Downloaded app and it won't even load. Instant crash. Reset phone and deleted and reinstalled with no change. Then after a month they charged me $20. I emailed again but no response again then March 7th, i was charged again! I tried calling the number on their email but it was inactive. Good thing their chat is working. Hopefully, my refund will come ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2023-02-03, version 8.0.88* There is no support. I signed up on the website and since then their website no longer works and pushes you to get this app where you can’t even login Would’ve given 0 stars if I could ### 1/5 — Was great but now I can’t do anything *2022-08-18, version 8.0.80* I can’t log in and I when I was logged in, I could not do anything like sync products or view my products. I tried reinstalling it and logging out. But now I can’t even log back in. I keep getting an error. No idea what is wrong but it’s a shame because I really relied on this app to cross post my Etsy products in many places at once. ### 1/5 — Use the website *2022-07-26, version 8.0.79* I use the website with no issues. Works well on the CPU but the app needs some serious work. It’s so frustrating to try to do something like 5 times over only to have the app crash out on you every single time. Do better Outfy. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Trash! *2021-11-23, version 8.0.68* When it does work it works like garbage. Mostly. Constantly just stops posting. Switch from Etsy to square and resync product. Works fine for a few weeks then stops randomly and switches back to Etsy store which no longer exists. Can’t switch back. Can’t login with email and pass. Can’t login with square credentials. Just one giant piece of garbage. Sad, because it has potential to be great and misses the mark by miles. ### 1/5 — WOW. Just doesn’t work. *2020-12-06, version 8.0.39* That’s all. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2020-08-03, version 8.0.27* This app. keeps advertising other Etsy shops that have no relationship to mine in my facebook store. It’s frustrating and no matter how many times I try to fix it, it continues. ### 1/5 — Duplicates Posts and other issues *2020-06-11, version 8.0.23* Been using this app for a few years on Shopify. Rarely use the iOS app though. In general the app is poorly designed, interface is not laid out well and stuffed with too much info and options per screen. The worst problem though, is the duplicate posting to Pinterest. Autopilot is set to not repeat until runs through the entire inventory but it still repeats every item in the beginning 2 to 3 times. I have reported it multiple times with screenshots but never get a response from support. In fact I have rarely ever gotten a response from support on anything. Forget the chat, even though it says it is online no one is never really online. ### 1/5 — Never give bad reviews *2019-11-21, version 8.0.10* BUT it seems you need to do a lot of work before you try to sell this app. It will not load on my iPhone 7+ It takes too long as a business to load and when it tries it just gives me an ERROR message. APP DESIGNERS: Please listen to the reviews and try to fix the bugs that make this non utilitarian. This is a great idea but needs to either be clear as to the IOS it is best on or fixed for the rest of us old phone users. BUYERS: Don’t wast your time until you see better reviews. The service offers a large variety of scheduling options. Product Posts, Collages, Video’s and Gifs. You control the budget, content and Posts. The Customer Service is above and beyond Fabulous! The response time is timely; instead of days or weeks as in other services. Always polite and courteous. They are super responsive if you need any help. If you miss your Instagram post, just remove it from the calendar and get the credit back or post it later. They keep adding more and more networks so you reach keeps growing. We get great traffic for our Shopify store. Keep tweaking the app settings and it performs better and better. There is a lot you can do with it. We work on a laptop, you might want to do that for your core settings. Works really well on iPad but sometimes we don’t get the post notification on iPhone. Don’t be discouraged by older reviews, it has improved by leaps and bounds. I'm getting "please try again" when trying to sign in via Shopify. I have verified the credentials are correct. Please address this as soon as possible. Overall Outfy is AMAZING. 4/5 Star app for sure, but please address this bug :).
