When i seen the high interest return i jumped at the opportunity but ever since December of 2022, I was unable to my move money. It says transfer but it won’t let me connect to my bank, or any other bank for that matter. It says my bank account is connected but when i try to transfer it, fails. It also says I have the option of transferring it into a pool but won’t even let me move my money. I complained multiple times and wrote complaints but I have yet to receive word back. All I want to do is withdraw my money.
