This app is extremely buggy. A week ago I deposited $100 via Bitcoin and sold it and it’s been pending ever since. I’ve tried reaching out to chat support , email and nothing. I have currently $94 PENDING but at this point I just want my money off the app so I can close my account. I’m a new user by the way. Not satisfied ### 1/5 — App Has Gone Downhill *2023-02-11, version 5.0.2* I was with this company for the past three years but it has severely gone downhill in the last 6 months. Devs say things will improve but a whole month will go by with nothing being done. I will save my money with PayPal. Then out of nowhere my bank was unlinked and I couldn’t link it back so I had to add it again and it still didn’t work. Contacted support who escalated my issue to their tech support or whatever and they couldn’t figure out how to help me. On top of that, wouldn’t let me take my money out either. I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds, and it was pending for 3 days only for them to fail the transaction and allow only 90% of the funds to be withdrawn! Magically, this transfer went through right away. On top of that, their customer service is terrible with responding to messages of issues we’re having. I’m now showing a zero balance even though they didn’t give me all of my money back! Still no response from their team….. This has been going on over a month now!!! ### 1/5 — Warning: Once you put money in, you will never get it back *2022-09-26, version 4.0.5* App looks good on the surface, but even after not just 5 days of the money successfully being added to the “rewards” account, you go to withdrawal, and it’ll say invalid authorization code even after 30 attempts of literally copy and pasting the exact code sent to your number, and about 15 attempts of manually typing in code. So, be prepared to lose everything. I lost $1000 it looks like. In the beginning everything work great. I linked my account I sent my funds I created recurring transfers and I was paid the reward promised. No issues. All of a sudden at the top of 2022 I couldn’t transfer funds into the account. My reoccurring transfers failed, manual transfers failed. I Contacted support and was given simple instructions to unlink and re-link your bank accounts. I did this over the course of six months and every time it was failed transfers. Then when the account finally linked and was approved after a transfer the account would disappear from my profile. Only to then go through the process all over again. I will be closing my outlet account since I cannot trust this company to provide a reliable product and my personal funds availability. ### 1/5 — It used to work *2022-08-12, version 4.0.4* When I first joined Outlet, April 2021, the app worked great and I never had the issues that I’m having now. In March of 2022 my automatic transfers stopped working and I haven’t been able to get it to work since, despite the various times I’ve reached out. Alex and Alexandra are very nice and friendly but the issue has not been fixed for 5 months now. I get it, high interest rate and it’s good savings blah blah…but Jesus Christ. Ever since I got the app it’s been given me nothing but issues: my bank account randomly disconnects and they don’t tell me, I initiate transfer and money doesn’t move and they don’t tell me, bank account reconnection and verification takes days and they don’t tell you if it failed you just have to figure it out yourself, and on top of that even if you want to monitor the accounts you get false information because the app shows your account is connected and when you go to transfer again the app doesn’t allow you to because your “bank is not connected”. Then I reach out and they tell me that they are working on stuff; not sure how that is the customers problem but I digress. All I wanted to do is transfer money in there for our wedding so I can earn some interest until the actual wedding…haven’t been able to do that since February. I have given them one more shot then I’m pulling the money and going elsewhere. I may not earn as much but at least I don’t have to deal with a crap app and have assurance that thousands of our dollars is in good hands. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this *2022-05-27, version 4.0.3* This app doesn’t work. I’ve had nothing but problems. It keeps failing transfers of money in either direction. After weeks of sent emails they finally tell me to re-add my bank. I’ve done that several times and it says 48 hours, meanwhile I’ve been waiting over a week and my bank isn’t connected still. My money has vanished. I tried to transfer it back to my bank and it’s been weeks and it still hasn’t arrived and is not in my Outlet account. When i seen the high interest return i jumped at the opportunity but ever since December of 2022, I was unable to my move money. It says transfer but it won’t let me connect to my bank, or any other bank for that matter. It says my bank account is connected but when i try to transfer it, fails. It also says I have the option of transferring it into a pool but won’t even let me move my money. I complained multiple times and wrote complaints but I have yet to receive word back. All I want to do is withdraw my money. I had a significant amount invested and was able to withdraw it safely to protect it during the upheaval. I won’t say I wasn’t worried and wishing they had more staff for customer service during the pending time but their ethics are impeccable.
