Then why sell something you guys don’t have? Tried getting a refund but they said my order was already “processed” like they’re some big corporation. Still trying to get my money back or at the least the box i ordered but overall these guys are scammers. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! ### 1/5 — ABSOLUTE SCAMMER *2021-07-20, version 1.4* Can’t believe they scamming people now. They used to be trust worthy not sure what happened over the years. Money really change people huh? My order never ships that’s a thousand dollars down the drain. I think they are selectively scamming people. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM OUTLET HUNTERS OR YOU’LL REGRET IT. ### 1/5 — Low class service, low class owners *2021-07-14, version 1.4* If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I purchase 1k+ worth of stuff from these guys with “guaranteed” pairs. I order a profit box stating I would receive certain pairs of shoes, drawing me in to purchase. After going back and fourth with “Alex” the owner for longer than a month, my package finally ships. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH FOR THEM TO SHIP MY ITEMS. Then, when my stuff arrives, nothing he said I WOULD receive arrived. I chalked it up as a loss and just learned my lesson to never do business with such a lousy group of people. “717 soles” is involved with these guys too. If he’s hanging around these guys I wouldn’t be trusting him either. Hope this helps and spend your money elsewhere. Seems like I am not the only one that he has scammed recently. Although he posts on his Instagram other accounts that he is associated with and still posts shoes to be sold on his Outlet Hunters account. I guess he needs the money to pay for all of the cars for his rental car service. Low life human. Don’t do business with him. ### 1/5 — Don’t trust them! Scammers!! *2022-01-09, version 1.5* Do not trust them or these reviews, they pretty much make the people leave a good review and tell them they won something and never send anything! Customer service is horrible more than likely a scam! ### 1/5 — Liar made fake giveaway in return for review *2021-12-27, version 1.5* Owner put up a story for a first come first server giveaway and when I replied, I was told to leave a review for this app. I did and then owner never sent the giveaway prize. My guess is a lot of people left a good review as well and didn’t receive their prizes. ### 1/5 — App is trash not a well designed one either *2021-12-17, version 1.5* Runs super slow and when I click on items I can’t get to anything and he bamboozled me by reviewing his app and he never sent my stuff still waiting and it’s been a month, please apple delete this app to its entirety. These guys must be stopped and there prices are outrageous. 0 stars if I could but can’t. ### 1/5 — Terrible service and communication *2021-11-18, version 1.5* My first purchase were some Jordan 1 lows and everything was fine. I then ordered a mystery box, and it took nearly two months for me to receive my item. They take forever to ship stuff out and the communication is terrible, I had messaged them on Instagram, since they are always on there. Why do they like to sell stuff, if they can’t ship it out within a week at least. It never says in the description of the item, that it takes 2 months for you to receive your order. I know other people that have had bad service with them as well. They are bad at refunding money. The other bad reviews are on point. Don’t do business with these guys. The deals aren’t worth it. Save your time and money. ### 1/5 — Bad app and worse owner *2021-10-21, version 1.5* Bought 2 pairs of shoes from this guy and they never shipped. Took forever to get a refund, had to threaten to contact the bank to get one. The app is also clunky, and most of the shoes on it aren’t “deals” as advertised. Don’t buy from this dude, and definitely don’t download this app. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2021-10-14, version 1.5* If I could actually use the app it would probably be fine. But every time I open the app and click on something the app crashes. ### 1/5 — Dunk Box Issue *2021-10-02, version 1.5* Ordered a dunk box in July and still haven’t received it. Tracking never updated and a month later I was told that a shipment of dunks was late and that my package would ship soon. A month after that (September), I was told the package shipped. I never received anything. I reached out multiple times and was pretty much told that I should’ve received my package. Haven’t been given an update or a new tracking number. It’s October now and still nothing… ### 1/5 — Mystery box *2021-09-12, version 1.5* Been waiting almost a month and a half for my mystery box to ship and he keeps telling me he will get shipping for me then proceeds to never message back. Thought he seemed trustworthy and I have been following him for multiple years now but I guess you can’t trust anyone. Terrible service!! ### 1/5 — SCAM *2021-08-30, version 1.4* If you’re willing to lose your money and never get updates on your order, this is the perfect place to do it. 3+ months since placing an order, the company has failed to give any update other than a lie about when I’ll get tracking/refund.
