This then requires me calling Outlook and then waiting forever for an agent to return the call in order to completely reset my password with a new one. Today I had to do this frustrating exercise three times and wasted approximately 2 hours of my time to do so. I have now deleted this useless app. ### 2/5 — Can't login *2018-07-27, version 13.1.2* ACU required to upgrade password to alpha numeric. Yet this NEW app only let's you enter a numeric password. Poorly thought out.
