## What is OutOut?

Made together. Kept together.

OutOut is a private shared photo album for one event. Everyone who was there adds their photos and videos while it happens. When it ends, it becomes a Memory that only your group can see.

Your friends and family have better photos of you than you do, and most of them never get shared. They sit on someone else's phone, or land in the group chat and get buried. OutOut gives each event its own OutOut, then keeps it as one Memory: in order, seen only by the people who were there.

KEPT IN THE FAMILY Thanksgiving from every camera in the house. Grandpa's 80th from everyone's phone. Create an OutOut, invite the family, and every photo lands in one private Memory. Nothing goes anywhere public.

SATURDAY, THE WHOLE DAY From brunch to last call, from every phone. Photos, videos, the places you went, the song that came on and what was said, in one shared timeline instead of scattered across the group chat. Your 30th, game day, a bachelorette, a day trip: Saturday gets its own Memory.

HOW IT WORKS
• Create an OutOut, name it and set a start and end time.
• Invite your group in the app or by link. Only invited people can see it.
• Everyone adds photos and videos live.
• Add messages, polls, quotes, pins and recommendations as you go.
• Recognise the songs playing around you and save them, with links to streaming.
• When your OutOut ends, it becomes a Memory: one private, read-only timeline for everyone who was there.
• Invitees: get the app before you go. An OutOut can't be joined before it starts.

WHAT IT COSTS Free app. £1.99 keeps a Memory forever. No ads.
• For 30 days after your OutOut ends, everyone can download every photo and video for free.
• $1.99 keeps a Memory forever.
• $4.99 keeps a Memory for the whole group. One payment, everyone keeps it.
• After 30 days an unpaid Memory fades. £2.99 revives a faded Memory whenever you're ready.
• One-time payments only. No subscription. No data sale.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Only the people you invite can see an OutOut or its Memory.
• No participant cap. Original quality. Hosts can remove anything.
• Nothing is public. Nothing is sold.
