## What is Outpawtient Pet Health Records?

Your fur baby's history ends up scattered all over the place — one inbox, then another, a pile of paper, part of it in your head (and if there's a partner, make that two heads), part of it at the clinic. Outpawtient puts it all in one place: snap a photo of a form, and the app picks out the lab results, vaccinations, diagnoses and prescriptions on its own, then shows you how the number you care about has changed over three years. Handing the whole medical history to a new vet is no longer a frantic dig through folders — it's one screen and one minute. Neither the vet nor the sitter has to install anything.
Anyone who's ever prepared a pet for a trip abroad knows it's a circus. The app tells you which vaccinations and certificates the destination country requires and, more to the point, when and in what order to get them done.
The health record belongs to the whole family, and there's no cap on the number of tails.

Sadly, there is no such thing as an official pet passport in digital form — the original stays on paper. You still need to carry all the original documents when you travel. Outpawtient helps you have them ready in time and keeps an eye on the dates, but it is not an official document itself.

Outpawtient stores and summarizes your documents. It is not a medical opinion and not a substitute for a consultation with a veterinarian — treatment decisions are made by your vet.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). Documents are served only through signed links with a short lifetime; there are no public files. When a subscription ends, nothing is locked: reading the record, downloading originals and exporting the whole archive stay available.

• Documents are now photographed with the app's own camera, which opens with the rear camera and auto flash. You can also choose an existing document photo from your photo library.
• The same file is no longer added to a pet's record twice, and if a document can't be added, the app tells you why.
• An antibody titre from a lab report is now added to the pet's record automatically. The value appears on the document screen — check it against the scan and correct it if needed.
• Email forwarding: PDFs and photos from a clinic's email now reach the app. An email sent to the family address waits until you choose the pet, and then its files go into that pet's record.
• Reviewing entries read from photos: a microchip number or an entry the app couldn't read in full can be left out of the record with one button, and if there's nothing to save, the app explains why.
• Shared family: if two people pay, the plan stays active as long as at least one of the subscriptions is. Members who don't pay see that another family member pays and where the subscription is managed, with no needless purchase buttons. You can now delete your account even if others stay in the family.
