## What is Outr?

Outr Coaching is a running coaching platform built around what matters most: effective communication between athlete and coach. Plan workouts, manage training, track progress, and keep athlete feedback and communication in one place. Athletes report how training actually felt—not just what their watch recorded—giving coaches the context they need to make better decisions. AI helps handle the busywork with faster workout creation, useful summaries, and training insights, so coaches can spend less time managing data and more time coaching. Keep training simple. Keep coaching personal.
