It show a list and I open one event from this list, I cannot come back to the same list, I have to do the search all over again. On the browser, it doesn't happen. 2) Add to Calendar: when I add an event using this feature within the app, the event is dislocated one hour forward (if he is originally 1 to 2pm it will show 2 to 3 pm). It doesn't happen from the browser either. 3)Support: there is a field to ask for support but after writing and receiving an "error on the website" 3 times I decided to just come here and rate the app. Ps. I'm using a 14 pro Max, IOS 18.6.2, I already deleted and reinstalled the app. ### 5/5 — Easy to use & supports good causes. *2025-09-06, version 2.16.5* I stumbled on OutSavvy a while back when I struggling to find a suitably varied selection of; lazy daytime activities, humorous early evening entertainment, and hedonistic late night abandon. It had been my turn to organize the annual lads long weekend meet-up. When you have twelve(ish) blokes that have been friends for thirty years finding new things starts to become challenging. Especially when our interests and tastes have diverged over those years, fortunately we are all the turn and have a laugh type people. We can always find something to laugh about. OutSavvy made the whole weekend easy: - Finding both small and large events. - Purchasing all the tickets. - Checking in (Normally it’s a dread procedure of who has lost their ticket.) I found everything I needed with a little bit of something to suit everyone, mostly me of course as those are the perks of being the one in charge. If you are stuck for something to do, then give it a try, and knowing they donate a decent percentage of their profits to charity is an added bonus ### 1/5 — Difficult to resolve problems *2025-07-04, version 2.16.5* I bought a ticket for an event and received a ticket from OutSavvy. The organiser then changed the date without telling me. The revised date doesn’t work for me and the organiser is not responding to my request for a refund. When I contacted support I was advised to contact the organiser. I’m not impressed or happy! ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2024-02-03, version 2.15.13* Always the best events and easy ticket purchasing process ### 1/5 — Unfortunate *2023-05-31, version 2.15.8* I was unable to login to the app. I was able to login on the web page using the same details. Couldn’t see any support to help with this. ### 5/5 — Great customer service *2022-10-10, version 2.15.3* Had an issue after purchasing tickets (my mistake) and Jack from OutSavvy sorted it very quickly. Will be using Outsavvy again. ### 1/5 — Needs NB/queer women, dykes, lesbians, transmen visibility! (And waitlist notifications.) *2022-10-06, version 2.15.2* OutSavvy is very cis-male centered. There are no tags/categories for NB/queer women/dykes/lesbians/transmen/drag kings. Only recently, has the app allowed you to search for these terms. Even then, the results leave out events I know are happening! A search for (drag) “king” turns up zero drag king events but a lot of drag queen. Events are also missing from my “Recommended For You” list, despite that I “Follow” the events and the organisers. The app has profiled me as a gay man (which I am NOT), bombarding me with events of an entirely different culture to mine! I do not feel visible on OutSavvy. OutSavvy needs to up their game and proactively include all queer cultures, not just gay men! As for app features it needs: -Tap to add event to device calendar (if I can plan, I’m more likely to buy tickets). -Waitlist notifications on device, not just email. -Copy address/event location from app to device buffer. -Copy event description/deets to share, not just url. -Fix bug that prevents adding tickets to Wallet. Please, OutSavvy, do the right thing and include us. We want to give you good reviews! ### 1/5 — Crashes *2022-10-06, version 2.15.2* Every time I attempt to transfer tickets purchased through OutSavvy to my Apple wallet it crashes the app. And as far as I can see there’s subsequently no way of forwarding group tickets to individuals.
