## What is OV flex?

OV flex is an ‘on-demand’ transport service which offers comfortable, economic and sustainable transport from bus stop to bus stop. You decide which bus stops. Not according to a timetable, but wherever you want to travel within the areas we service. 

Where can I use it?

How does it work?

You can order your journey via the free OV flex app. Enter your name and address, choose the region within which you’ll travel the most and off you go! You book a seat with OV flex, not a complete vehicle. So there’s always a chance that other passengers will join and/or leave the vehicle, as long as your delivery time won’t be extended beyond what we had initially estimated. 

How do I pay?

You can pay easily by linking your bank account or credit card with your account in the App. You can also pay in the vehicle with your OV chip card, debit card or credit card. We don’t accept cash payments.

ik heb een afspraak gemaakt en er is nooit iemand op komen dagen.  de app heeft een paar bugs.  of u kunt niet boeken wanneer u moet boeken of het registreert de boeking niet!
