I am disappointed with this app. The calorie tracking wasn’t always accurate, and the interface felt confusing. It wasn’t as helpful as I expected. Guys, GPT is much better.

We remember your cycle history, symptoms, health goals, and nutrition over time to provide personalized insights based on where you are in your cycle each day. Rather than starting from scratch with every question, Ova is built to be your long-term women’s health and nutrition companion.
