The app itself may work but my heart rate sensor doesn’t detect my heart rate. I’ve been unsuccessful in reaching any kind of support that responds to

This app fails fairly often. If it’s running while you do a workout, and you use another app or get a phone call, the app will lock up and you will lose your data.  Sometimes I need to reboot my phone just to get the app to respond after it locks up.
