I would rather have it safe and secure with less bells and whistles, but nothing is safe for very long in this modern IT environment either way. That being said… They have been making constant and ongoing improvements at a reasonable pace and we appreciate that. RP ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Every Update *2026-03-17* Every single time this app updates it logs me out, uses facial recognition to log me back in but then doesn’t allow it to sign in that way, so I attempt to use user ID and password which it always says is not correct, so I have to do a password change to which it says I can’t use my previous password. What’s the purpose of toggling on the “remember me” toggle if every time that I go to log in I have to input my username credentials and am not able to use my Face ID to just log in? And my least favorite thing about the app is that Zelle is not available with it.
