It’s usually my go-to choice on weekends and whenever we have guests at home. The reason I keep coming back is simple: good pizzas, good prices, and consistently good service. Over all these orders, there have only been two occasions where something went wrong. Once, I had ordered a thin crust pizza but received a regular crust instead. This time, the pizzas arrived without being sliced. What impressed me was how both situations were handled. In the first case, they sent a replacement pizza. This time as well, they listened to my complaint properly and sent another set of 2 pizzas, along with a Choco Lava Cake and a Lemon Soda. Nobody gets everything right 100% of the time. What matters is how a company responds when things go wrong, and OvenStory has been excellent on that front. The pizzas taste great, the quality is consistently good, and the customer support team genuinely cares about resolving issues. That’s the reason I’ve remained a loyal customer and will continue ordering from them. I have always been a loyal fan of Oven Story and even gave them a 5-star rating previously because of their taste. But today was disgusting. I tried to order COD twice and they cancelled it both times for no reason. Immediately after the cancellations, the app showed the store as 'Closed'. But as soon as I placed an order with Domino's, the store magically became 'Open' again. This 'open-close' manipulation is a total fraud on hungry customers. You just lost a loyal customer today.
