I used the following app to help me quit smoking. Based on the experience of listening, there appears to be almost no limit to the benefits provided by Glenn's supportive affirmations. 

I use many other apps and audiobook programs created by Glenn Harrold due to their effectiveness. 

Compared to his other apps, this one falls short only because there is no ebook on tackling addictions. I purchased a number of Glenn's other apps and they had helpful accompanying guides, all particularly useful to those who are newcomers to hypnotherapy.
