## What is Overgrow?

Your attention is a garden. Overgrow helps you take it back.

Overgrow is a screen-time commitment device. You pick the apps that eat your day, set limits while you're feeling strong, and Overgrow holds you to them when you're feeling weak. Every time you resist the urge to open a distracting app, a living garden grows. Heavy scrolling and it gently wilts. It never dies, and there is no shame, just progress you can see.

WHY OVERGROW IS DIFFERENT
The limits you set are limits you actually keep. Tightening a limit applies right away. Loosening one only takes effect tomorrow, so you can't talk yourself out of your own commitment in a weak moment. No instant snooze. The only way out is deleting the app, and you'll feel that.

HOW IT WORKS
- Choose the apps and categories to block, powered by Apple Screen Time.
- Set your rules: how many unlocks a day, the earliest hour you're allowed in, and how long each unlock lasts.
- Open a blocked app and you'll meet a calm shield instead of the feed. Spend one of your limited daily unlocks, or stay focused and water your garden.
- Watch your garden grow as your screen time falls.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Overgrow Plus is an auto-renewable subscription.
- Yearly: includes a 7-day free trial, then billed once per year.
- Monthly: billed once per month, no trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
