## What is Overload?

The lifting log built for people who actually train.

Log a set in three seconds. Type "bench 5x225" and Overload parses it instantly — no scroll wheels, no taps, no fluff. Your last set, target weights, and PR thresholds appear automatically as you type.

WHY OVERLOAD

• CLI-style logging. The fastest way to log a set on iOS, period.
• Auto PR detection on every set using the Epley formula. You'll never miss one.
• Rest timer auto-starts after each set with a customizable target.
• Streaks that respect rest days. Schedule recovery — your streak survives it.
• Strength Map. See where you rank against bodyweight standards (Beginner → Elite+) for every major lift.
• Analytics that actually answer questions: training window, muscle balance, 8-week volume trends, this-week vs. last-week deltas.
• Custom splits. Build any rotation (PPL, Upper/Lower, Bro Split, anything custom) and pin rest days to specific weekdays — or let it cycle.
• Auto-detected muscle activation per session. See exactly what each workout hit.
• 28-exercise default library with smart aliases — bench, ohp, squat, dead all just work. Add custom exercises in one tap.
• Monthly recap cards designed for sharing. Built into the app, not bolted on.
• Apple Health sync — bodyweight in, completed workouts out. Activity rings stay accurate.

PRO

Unlimited custom exercises, advanced analytics, the Strength Map, and the muscle activation breakdown. One-time purchase or monthly — your choice.

PRIVACY

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train models. Auth via Apple Sign-In or email. Permanent account deletion is one tap from settings.

Built by a lifter who got tired of tools that got in the way. Feedback always welcome — support@getoverload.app

### 5/5 — My wife came back

### 5/5 — Changed my life

*2026-05-01*

I genuinely mean it when I say this app changed my life. I’d been struggling with weight loss for years, my confidence was at an all time low, and it was even destroying my marriage. My weight had gotten so bad I couldn’t perform in bed anymore, could barely look at myself in the mirror, but this app changed everything. It provided what I couldn’t provide for myself: Structure. Overload gave structure to my workouts so I knew what to do and how to treat my body optimally. I recommend this app for anybody even if they aren’t struggling with weight loss because this app is a godsend.
