## What is Overlood?

Overlood is a workout tracker built around two things: logging that stays out of your way, and progress you can actually read.

Everything you build is unlimited and free: custom exercises, routines, full programs.

You log mid-workout, so that's the part we made fast. Weight, reps, effort if you track it. The rest timer runs itself. Personal records update the moment you beat them.

Switching from another app: import your history from Hevy or Strong and keep your records intact.

What comes back is more than a list. Progress charts per exercise, your records over time, and a muscle map that shows what you've been training and what you've been avoiding.

No social feed, no follower counts, no ads. Your training data is private to your account, stored in the EU, and yours to export as CSV whenever you want.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-14

- New exercise picker: big pictures, a list or grid view, a muscle strip and all filters in one sheet.
- Bookmark favorite exercises. They follow your account to a new phone.
- Tick several exercises and add them in one go.
- While you log: a stats strip you can pin, a pill when you set a PR, and your last five workouts under Previous.
- Weight and Measurements show weekly averages and how much you changed.
- The tab bar, headers, menus and alerts are now the iPhone’s own, with Liquid Glass on iOS 26.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-05

- Train without a connection. Workouts start instantly with no loading screen. You can add or swap exercises and finish offline: your summary and PRs show right away, and the workout uploads once you're back online.
- Today shows finished workouts that haven't uploaded yet, with Upload now. Signing out warns you first if a workout would be lost.
- Opening a workout is quicker. A workout started from a routine opens with only its first exercise unfolded. Tap any other to open it.
- Library routines and programs preview at a glance: one line per exercise, plus the set count and the muscles they train.
- New Contact page in Profile: email us about a bug with your device info attached, or find Overlood on Instagram and Reddit.
- Fixed: you can always pick the date when adding a weight, so you can fill in older weigh-ins.
- Fixed: editing a past workout opens straight into the editor, and the history-import explanation scrolls with the list.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-09-28

New
- When you finish a workout, you can add a note on how it went. You can edit it later, and it shows in shared text and the CSV export.
- A workout started from a routine opens with the routine's description as its workout note.
- Each exercise in a routine can have its own note, and every workout from that routine opens with it. Changing a note during a workout doesn't change the routine.
- Pin a note to an exercise from its ⋮ menu in a workout or from the routine editor. It shows on that exercise in every workout.
- When setting targets, you can add a note per exercise for the next workout only.
- Exercise notes now belong to one workout. Adding an exercise gives you an empty note instead of last time's.
- Reps can be a range, like 8–12. Tap the Reps header in a routine or in targets and pick Rep range. Ticking a set without typing logs the low end.

Fixed
- The keypad no longer misses presses or freezes the app for seconds.
- If you train in lb, weight targets save again.
- The rest-end chime is much louder, in the app and in the background.
- A set logged from the lock screen plays the rest-end tone, even when your phone is on silent.
- A rest started from the lock-screen card ends with one tone.
- Every new workout gets its own Live Activity again, including the first one after an update.
- Every quick tap on the lock-screen card's plus and minus buttons now counts.
- Logging a set from the lock screen no longer marks a long workout as finished while it still has sets left.
- With tinted icons on, the Overlood icon shows the tinted mark instead of a white square.
