Through that, I saw contrasictory prices at $10/mo and $12/mo They charged the higher price. The water polo matches were presented fine. When I wanted to unsubscribe, I went to their website, logged in, and clicked Cancel Subscription. I got a red “Error canceling subscription” pop up. I got that on Safari and Firefox on multiple days. I clicked on “Contact” button which brought up an email to support[ at ] overnght.com. I described the issue and that I wanted to cancel and sent the mail on 23 May 2025. I have received no response (yes, I checked spam) by 29 May (today). They charged my card another $12 today. I did find that if I went in through my Apple Account, I could find the subscription and cancel it. The app also does not allow you to rewind something if it is on a live stream unless you go to on-demand and often times it still is not the full recap. Joke of a streaming service ### 1/5 — Bad streaming *2026-05-29, version 3.0.0* Have to pay to watch my sport and the stream is only live and can’t show anything from the past while it’s being streamed. I don’t know a single other streaming platform where you can’t go back in the stream while it’s live. Also there was no display of any scores for games that were important live 1st vs 2nd place. Also, accessing the streams online might have been worse. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t function for replays and billing after cancelled account *2024-08-05, version 1.0.4* The app doesn’t allow replay of more than one quarter of event and app continues billing after I cancelled and elected app. My login no longer works and I am being billed and there is no help line. Really! ### 1/5 — Broken UI *2024-05-21, version 1.0.3* Scroll bar on phone from beginning to end doesn’t cover a quarter of the event. Tablet device timeline scroll has the same problems and is mapped to either phone dimensions or computer. Finally there’s a quality stream for the games in California & an easy way to watch team USA. Can’t watch games full screen on iPad. When clicking on full screen icon, screen views in 1/4 screen and the only solution is to close app and reopen. Better to watch online until updated. ### 2/5 — Sports coverage not worth paying for *2026-06-11, version 3.0.0* I subscribed so we could watch our son’s collegiate crew race that was only available on this service. The coverage was subpar, only showing 2 out of 6 boats most of the time. Commentary was not as good as free streams I’ve watched for high school championships (SRAA Nationals 2026 was free and top tier). I provided feedback via a support ticket 2 weeks ago and never heard anything back. Also used it today before my month subscription runs out to watch USRowing Youth Nationals time trials and they had a full screen of the commentators talking about random stuff while they had a tiny picture-in -picture of the actual rowing taking place. No overlays showing who is rowing or what the results are. Event coordinators, please look at other options.
