I have severe ADHD and when I get really overstimulated, it's really difficult for me to not break things and impulsively destroy my stuff, and when I downloaded this app and immediately help me calm down and refocus and I just had a really good overall experience using times.

My favorite one is the one where you have to keep your eye on the red ball. But, I shared this with my pookie bc she gets overstimulated easily and I haven’t got a response back but hopefully she likes it!

I’m still young and my mother doesn’t believe in disorders but my therapist said i most definitely have undiagnosed ADD and i’m very sensory sensitive. i was at a fair and feeling very overstimulated so checked the app store for anything to help and found this then played birch forest and it immediately calmed me down. Definitely recommend to my other disorder babies.
