Enter your base salary and your hours, and automatically it shows your overtime pay, with a clear, step-by-step breakdown. WHAT OVERTIME DOES • One or Two pay "blocks" (for example a pilot's Duty and Block hours) - automatically applies whichever one earns you more. • Tiered rates: one rate above your first limit, a higher rate above the second, with no upper cap. • Per-month limits - flexible from 28 days to 31 days • Vacation and days-off reductions • A plain-language breakdown, every calculated step detailed • European money formatting, and your own currency. A new setup with no base salary: set an hourly or daily rate and your pay is simply the rate times the time you worked, with an optional higher overtime rate. • Pay by the day.
