## What is OverTime Track?

Keep your overtime organized — without complicated timesheets or HR systems.

**Overtime Track** is a simple personal overtime tracker built for employees who want an easy way to record extra work hours, follow their work schedule, and keep a clear overtime history for personal reference.

Whether you work a regular schedule or rotating shifts, Overtime Track helps you stay organized and remember the hours you've worked.

**WORK SCHEDULES THAT FIT YOUR ROTATION**

Set up your actual work pattern using ready-made rotating schedules or create your own custom cycle.

Choose your cycle start date — even if it started in the past — and Overtime Track automatically identifies your WORK and OFF days.

**REMINDERS WHEN YOUR WORKDAY ENDS**

Don't rely on memory.

Enable optional reminders based on your work schedule and receive a reminder around the end of your scheduled work time, so you can record your overtime while it's still fresh in your mind.

**RECORD OVERTIME IN SECONDS**

Adding overtime is quick and simple.

Select the date, enter your extra hours, add an optional remark, and save.

Remarks can help you remember why you worked overtime, such as a shift extension, maintenance, project work, or covering for a colleague.

**WORKED ON YOUR DAY OFF?**

No problem.

You can record overtime on a scheduled OFF day without changing your original work schedule. Overtime Track keeps your planned schedule and your actual overtime records separate.

**KEEP A CLEAR OVERTIME HISTORY**

Review your overtime records in an organized list showing:

• Date
• Overtime hours
• Optional remark

Edit or review previous entries whenever you need them.

**SEE YOUR OVERTIME YEAR AT A GLANCE**

The annual report gives you a simple overview of your overtime throughout the selected year.

See daily overtime hours, monthly totals, and your overall overtime total in one organized report.

**ARABIC & ENGLISH**

Use Overtime Track in Arabic or English, with full right-to-left interface support for Arabic.

**SIMPLE BY DESIGN**

Overtime Track is made for personal overtime tracking and reference.

No manager accounts.
No approval workflows.
No complicated HR system.

Just your work schedule, your overtime hours, and your records — organized in one simple app.

Overtime Track does not calculate payroll, salary, or employment entitlements.
