## What is OverYou?

Stop checking your ex. Start moving on.

OverYou helps you keep no contact after a breakup, one day at a time. No account, no sign-in: your streak, journal and notes stay on your iPhone.

NO-CONTACT STREAK
Pick a goal (3, 7, 30, 90 days or your own) and watch the days add up. A quick daily check-in keeps you honest, and a slip never erases your progress.

I'M TEMPTED
About to open their profile? Tap I'm tempted and breathe through a 60-second countdown. Most urges pass. Then note what set it off so you can see your patterns.

DON'T SEND IT
Write the message you want to send them, here instead. Let it all out, then ask the AI coach for advice, a calmer rewrite, or help moving on.

AI COACH
Talk it through with a kind, honest AI coach any time, day or night. 5 replies a month are free.

SELFIE JOURNAL
Take a selfie, add a line if you want, and build a story of how far you have come since Day 1.

EVIDENCE
Write down why no contact is the right call, and read it again when you need it most.

STATS AND REMINDERS
See your clean days and urges over time, and get gentle reminders late at night, in the morning and after an urge.

OVERYOU PREMIUM
Everything above is free. Premium raises the AI coach to 300 replies a month.
• Monthly, or yearly with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
• If Premium ends you go back to 5 AI replies a month. Nothing you wrote is lost.
