App would not work and then when I eventually got registered the password I had just set up failed so tried to reset and it told me it had locked the account as it thought I was a bot. Eventually got it working and then thought I’d check tickets again but now app keeps crashing. Use AXS instead ### 1/5 — Rubbish 0 stars!!! *2026-04-21* Worst user experience I have had with an app in a long time. Issues with account creation and password, not to mention the tickets I needed were via axs so had a second login to access those in the app. I now have 3 different passwords in keychain for ovo app. Just went back to check tickets for event and I had been signed out wouldn’t login even though faceid enabled none of the saved passwords worked. Fortunately discovered I could use axs app to view tickets. Save yourselves some time and don’t bother with this app if tickets are with axs or elsewhere too. 6hrs of my life I won’t be getting back! ## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — So confusing *2026-03-09, version 18.93* Very hard to access tickets however I did get there eventually. You have to turn off Face ID on the app and if it asks you to put in your passcode to verify just press cancel! You actually now access your tickets on the axs app which is very good so I wouldn’t bother even downloading this. ### 3/5 — Trouble accessing tickets *2025-11-24, version 18.93* If you are having trouble accessing tickets/logging into account on the OVO Arena Wembley app, I would highly recommend using the AXS app. The two are linked and the latter is more reliable. ### 3/5 — App Advice *2023-05-24* Maybe you should allow everyone to purchase food and drink on the app as it enables us to move faster in the queue because no need to order in queue It only allows me to order to terrace suites and then I have to argue with security because my drinks have been delivered to someone else ### 2/5 — Ticket Access Unnecessarily Complicated *2026-02-13* So, I just got my first tickets for Wembley and am immediately put off by this App. The thing immediately crashes, when I'm being promoted for my security code. How the hell am I supposed to access my wallet, let alone access the venue, when the App fails every time I put in my security code. To add insult to injury the link for the App-Support links to a generic Wembley support page. No mention of app support whatsoever. ### 2/5 — Terrible app *2025-07-19* Login is a nightmare. I logged in once. All ok. Went to see my tickets and it asked me to login again and the shut the app. Wouldn’t accept my phone id or my face scan. Tried the password and it was correct but it won’t accept it. Please if you are going to create an app that must be used to secure your entry into an event, Pay to have it done correctly and properly. This isn’t even mentioning the issues I had to purchase a ticket through ticketmaster and then jump through several hoops just to get the ticket. ### 2/5 — Redundant and stress-inducing app! *2022-12-13* I wasted a couple of hours worth of brain cycles stressing out over this app. Yesterday my Ovo Arena tickets were displaying just fine. Today it keeps saying “invalid refresh token” and no tickets. Logged out/in. Deleted and reinstalled app. Changed password. All to no avail. Somebody’s critical review suggested ditching this app and just using the official AXS app instead. Hurrah! I have instantly retrieved my tickets. Why does the Ovo Arena app even exist? ### 2/5 — Trouble logging in *2021-11-08* I had to reset my password about 3 times during the 2 days I had this app, including about 30 seconds before needing to show my ticket. It added quite a bit of stress and was not a great experience. It kept saying my password was wrong even though it was right.
