Ich habe chat gpt zur Unterstützung genutzt, trotzdem hat die App mir sehr viel mehr geholfen als mein Frauenarzt. Dieser hat mir ohne Tests Agnus castus verschrieben was zu diesem hormonellen Ungleichgewicht führen könnte. Mit der App kann ich in den nächsten Zyklen sehen ob es an meinen Hormonen oder an der Einnahme lag. Zudem konnte ich vorzeitig sehen das ich nicht schwanger bin, weil die Temperatur abgesenkt ist. Ich habe das einfache Thermometer gekauft und nutze es direkt nach dem klingeln des Weckers im Mund. Ich habe das Gefühl die Messwerte sind richtig. Ich bin zum Glück jetzt so daran gewöhnt, dass ich sofort wieder einschlafe. Es war jedoch eine Umstellung. Ich habe für mich festgestellt, dass ich durch die selbe Uhrzeit ganz viele Schwankungen der Temperatur vermeide. Es ist viel genauer. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, weil ich einige Punkte in der Bedingung der App mir anders wünschen würde. Wenn ich z.B. fünf Tage zu früh meine Tage bekommen sollte, kann ich das nicht eingeben, weil die App die Eingabe von der Periode erst ein paar Tage vor dem errechneten Eintreten der Periode als Angabeoption zur Verfügung stellt. Ich kann somit auch keine zwischen Blutung angeben, weil es den Butten nicht gibt. In dieser Art gibt es ein paar Dinge, die ich gerne anders hätte. Liebe Grüße Tessa ### 3/5 — Thermometer toll, Design nett, aber Gratis Version absolut nutzlos *2025-03-28* Ich hatte die Premium Version der App beim Kauf des Thermometers für ein Jahr gratis erhalten und noch ein weiteres gezahlt. Ich nutze eigentlich seit Jahren eine andere NFP App, die jedoch leider nicht mit dem Thermometer funktioniert. Seit einigen Tagen ist meine Premium Version ausgelaufen und die App wird für mich nahezu nutzlos. Ich verstehe total, dass man für den Service ind die Leistung der App etwas zahlt. Dass ich aber auch jeglichen Zugriff auf meine bereits in der Vergangenheit angelegten Zyklen verliere, empfinde ich als eine absolute Frechheit!! Um Veränderungen aktueller Zyklen zu vergleichen, brauche ich diese Daten. Das ist absolut nicht kundenfreundlich und nötigt einen wieder zu zahlen. Da bleibe ich doch bei meiner bewährten App, bei der ich auch vergangene Zyklen sehen kann und trage halt die Temperatur eigenhändig ein. Nachtrag: auch das immer gleiche Feedback auf diesen konkreten Punkt, ist null hilfreich. Ich nutze doch meine Zyklusdaten aus vergangenen Monaten um Schwankungen oder gesundheitliche Probleme verstehen oder dokumentieren zu können. Gleich am Anfang wird man bestimmte Dinge wie eintritt der Periode etc. abgefragt dieses ist für die Berechnung im weiteren hergehen wichtig. Das Dashboard ist auch sehr übersichtlich angeordnet und man hat den vollen Überblick über den Zyklus: wie, was und wann erfolgt. In der Premium Variante, was ich sehr empfehlen würde ( ca. 40,00 Euro) im Jahr und dieses ist für eine derartige Premium Version nicht viel. Sie liefert eine ausführlich Diagnose und man kann sich zu dem ein Protokoll per PDF Downloaden. Dieses mache ich beispielsweise und habe mir auch einen Ordner angelegt. Die App isr sehr übersichtlich und clean gestaltet und auch für „Neulinge“ gut geeignet. Sehr gut gefällt mir, dass man ein Thermometer per Bluetooth verbinden kann, was die Anwendungen extrem einfach und unkompliziert macht. Durch das 30-tägige Probeabo konnte ich zusätzlich die Premiumfunktionen ausprobieren, die mich sehr ansprechen und überzeugen. Man hat Zugriff im vollen Umfang auf die Empfängnisregelung zum Berechnen der fruchtbaren und unfruchtbaren Tagen, außerdem kann der Zyklusbericht exportiert und ausgedruckt werden, damit man ihn z.B. beim Frauenarzt vorzeigen kann. Durch die verschiedenen "Tagebuch-Optionen", kann man schnell eintragen was einem gerade passiert. Ob Gewicht, Stimmung, Schmerzen oder anderes. All das ist sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut. Premium bietet einem zusätzlich die Möglichkeit einen Zyklusreport als PDF-Datei abzuspeichern, was auch in einigen Fällen nützlich sein kann.
