The Ovy App helps you to get pregnant. By adding data such as your basal body temperature (BBT) and other body signals the Ovy App calculates the day of ovulation, the fertile window and the next period. The more data you add, the more accurate your predictions will be. After you get pregnant you can switch into the pregnancy mode of the Ovy App. The Ovy Partner App which is also available on the App Stores enables your partner to keep track of your current cycle. I can edit correct temperatures, but clearly erroneous ones are locked somehow. Junk ### 5/5 — Great app, easy to use *2023-04-28* The app was easy to use and pairing the device to the app was a breeze. ### 1/5 — Bad app, worse customer service *2021-09-01* I purchased an Ovy thermometer online because it’s the only one I could find, anywhere in the world, that vibrates instead of beeps since Kindara stopped producing the Wink. There’s no way to change temperature units from C to F without the app, and it wasn’t until after I bought it that I found out the German thermometer isn’t compatible with the American app (seems like an oversight, don’t you think?) Speaking of, the app has lots of options, but not always for things women need to track. Who cares about tracking if you’re using a pad or a tampon? I’d rather you had an option to record menstrual color. When I contacted Support about the thermometer, rather than offering other options (how to change F and C, linking me to a thermometer that does work with the American app...) Pauline was unhelpful and rude. Her take seemed to be “it’s your fault and you should deal with it.” That’s a fine perspective, but not appropriate from a Customer Support staff member. She seemed more interested in getting me to leave her alone than she did in improving the situation in any way.
