You can find settlements online for free. It would’ve been nice if it was an app that just lets you apply but nope. Don’t waste your time guys, real lawsuits are available online and you can apply for free! I’ve used Labaton Sucharow 4 times and gotten paid every time.. mind you… I never paid a penny to sign up for money I was owed! I’m sure there are other websites but avoid this app. **Developer response:** We understand why it might come across that way. If you have any questions or need support, feel free to reach out! ### 1/5 — Why pay *2026-02-26, version 3.2.7* Why must you pay to get paid like why, you shouldn’t have to pay to get paid on lawsuits this app is a full scam ### 1/5 — Scam so far *2025-12-15* I did the subscription and gave me lawsuits that were already closed and I only give me about 10 then when I try to apply to one that was actually open, it brought me to a sketchy website (it had multiple are multiple same domains which is a classic scam tactic, the website owner is hiding their identity, the site was very young, and it had mixed/ low trust scores on review sites it was ClaimsHero) that ask for my address obviously I didn’t give it to them. However, on all the things that I swiped right to say that my claim is processing, however I didn’t claim anything so how could it be processing if I didn’t claim it. Also why would I pay 10 dollars for only 10 claims that were mostly closed?! **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Took my money and I can’t even get a refund. *2026-05-19* I was pressured into purchasing their subscription, claiming I will earn over $2,000 just from using the app. It’s been precisely one month and I still received anything, this is a deceptive app that does not work as intended. I’ve wasted my money on an app that isn’t even legit. I’d like a refund as well. **Developer response:** Sorry that you felt pressured to purchase, that’s never the intention of the app, and we apologize if it came across that way. In terms of the payout timeline, we do mention during onboarding, before purchase, that claims can take around 3 months after the settlement is completed to be paid out.
