The app will say a different temperature than one on the thermostat. Plus, the app keeps switching back and forth between Heat and Cool and Off settings. Moreover, try adjusting the temperature and the same circular motion (clockwise or counter clockwise) will both increase and decrease temperature. When using the app for locking/unlocking the door same issue — the status always shows Red (locked) even if the door is unlocked.
