Been struggling with it for 10 years and is so user unfriendly. No noticeable updates or improvements in that time apart from bringing in a 2 year licence fee. Have deleted app from my iPhone X but downloading will only show v1.5 in Apps Info screen. It was down for nearly 4 days this week for ‘routine maintenance’ and is now worse than before. There is now only current day’s information available and it’s showing zeros for all other days since the maintenance was carried out. I can’t believe they have the nerve to charge a subscription when it’s so unreliable. UPDATE: Since writing the above some of the historical information does seem to be starting to appear again, but almost a week has been lost; and it seems to lose it’s connection at least once a day for an hour or more so the historical information that you can access is very inaccurate. ### 1/5 — Waste of space *2020-01-19, version 1.7* Don’t even waste your time downloading this, as very basic when/if it works, and certainly don’t subscribe as you may as well just burn your money. At least that would generate some warmth. They wait a whole year to do an update since the app came out. It’s clunky and looks very dated now. The Owl system constantly disconnects from my system and needs rebooting. Great! ### 5/5 — Great unit for solar pv *2018-06-28, version 1.5* After a few cofig hicups and with the help from customer support the system is working very well and mesuring PV & ELECT cons quite acurately. Iphone app is ok but could do with improving.
