Thank you Owlet! ### 3/5 — Good product but the app is SO glitchy *2026-08-25, version 3.40.0* The sock itself is great and I recommend it to everyone, but this app is SO glitchy. It often doesn’t load and it needs to be opened and closed several times to get it working properly. This seems to be worse since the most recent update. It’s also incredibly difficult to navigate setting the device up to wifi for the first time. ### 3/5 — Camera was just hacked. *2026-08-25, version 3.40.0* I LOVE the sock. It gives me so much peace of mind. It’s the only reason I sleep at night. Well tonight, I am sleeping with the camera on my phone as a baby monitor as I do every night, I woke up to a noise coming through the camera and assumed my son had dropped his only and probably just needed it back. I walked up to the door of his bedroom when I heard an unfamiliar female voice speaking to him. This was the scariest thing ever. I immediately ran in there, unplugged it, and now I have a non WiFi camera on the way. I wish there were more security features to prevent something this dangerous from happening. ### 2/5 — Good sock, bad video monitor, buggy app *2026-08-25, version 3.40.0* The Owlet video monitor is incredibly buggy. Good when it works but constantly loses sound and video. Sometimes shows me still old images instead of a live camera. I have to close and reopen the app constantly to get video and audio. Every morning we get the same message saying 'we are still gathering data from this current session'. The summary never finalizes.
