I have relied on it to record sessions for dog training consultations, and it has completely randomly stopped and erased the recording. This has resulted in an immense loss of information that I was not writing down because I believed it was being successfully recorded. Attempts to resolve it have gone unsuccessful. This has been a game changer and allows me to listen more instead of concentrating on writing. Although I do write my own minutes, they’re usually based off the summary that is produced and I double check questions against the written transcript in case something seems off. I have gotten so many compliments on my thorough notes since using this app! Tonight I had a meeting but when I got my summary and transcript, large pieces were missing and I was in a panic. I reached out and provided feedback and the customer service team were able to re-process my recording and get every bit of the notes. A recent update to the app defaulted one of the settings that caused this and they also told me how to turn that off. In version 3.19.0, the Share & Export screen no longer has an audio export option. Export files to Email also does not provide the audio file.
