The social media pages are showing ob38 live now. When I bought a hat for ob37 through the app my entries were applied to ob36 which had already ended. They won’t even refund my money. I still have not received the products, and when asking for a status update I was told to be patient because they are a small company! I am a small business owner myself and would never say anything like this to a paying customer, especially when I am touting and puffing my chest and screaming to the world “look at me”. If you can’t hang with the big guys or even the small ones for that matter, then you shouldnt be promoting yourself so hard. Not a great first experience with this company.
