Followed the instructions on emailing the “linked address” sent on august 3… it’s august 12… and it says “not a valid “ and replace back in outbox… i really want this to be a side job , and seemed legit. I an still interested if a associate helps .

I used to love this app and had all my clothes and outfits uploaded. I couple of years ago I was logged out, can’t log back in or request a new password. I sent an email to see if my account could be recovered and had no response. Don’t get this app as they obviously don’t want you to use it even though they are still regularly ‘fixing bugs’.

I had an account and really enjoyed it until it started glitching bad. Then to make matters worse I gave it some time thinking an update might come to find out my account is deleted. And I cannot set up another because I need a referral code to set one up? I'm very lost just want my old account back!

I’ve been using and loving this for years, I uploaded everything then suddenly I’ve been logged out and it won’t let me get back. 

Even when I try to reset password it says that it is a failed request. 

It’s sad that I’ve now lost everything I made.

I quite enjoyed creating my own catalogue of outfit until today. I tried to access the app and all of a sudden neither my outfit nor my wardrobe would load. I logged out of the app and now cannot log back in nor reset my password.

Own-Kind app has helped me keep up with my wardrobe items, even the ones from years ago! It has helped me make better use of my wardrobe investments by giving me easy access to the items I own (without making a mess!) 

I was also surprised at how personal some of the services are, specifically the styling sessions. The app offers fashion advice from actual stylists for FREE! Perfect for a student like me who wants to stay on a budget. 

Definitely recommend it for anyone who’s thinking of downloading it!

I love the new update to the app. It’s very sleek,  easy to use, and I appreciate that all the new features come with explanations when it’s my first time using them. 

For me what is most useful is the ability to add the new additions to my wardrobe by searching shopable items. The most exciting feature however is the opportunity to find stylists who’s match my desired aesthetic and get expert advice on how to utilise my clothes. 

The ecosystem of services on the app are amazing and I would recommend to anyone who wants to find more value in their wardrobe!

I love the app as there are different useful features to digitalise my wardrobe. I can seek for advice from a stylist, become a stylist, or purchase items that I like. The best feature - I don’t have to take professional photos of each item I possess, the app is doing it for me! Awesome! It would be great to add a donation or selling options.
