I’ve used tons of fitness programs… peloton to personal training. I have a 6 Mo old baby who wakes frequently at night and doesn’t nap perfectly. This app is perfect. Quick workouts that are effective. You can be interrupted and pick back up. Includes mobility work. App is streamlined and simple. Eat some protein and build some muscle… in a mom friendly way.
