The user interface needs a lot of work. The app crashes frequently.

Was working fine before. Starts from a few months ago most time there is no save button for 5 different iOS devices

This is not great and I would not choose it if I were a childcare provider for the following reasons:

1.  The user experience is terrible.  It looks and feels like it was made by high school students.  It is not intuitive.

2.  It is not reliable.  I’ve used it to mark my child away and my childcare provider did not receive the notification.  As a result they charged us money when I know 100% that I submitted that my child was ‘Not attending’.  Other parents have had the exact same issue.

3.  It is not safe.  There is no feedback (text or email) mechanism to indicate that your child has been marked away.  If someone where to gain access to my account and mark my child away then I would never know and my childcare provider would not pick up my child from school. The app doesn’t even show days that you’ve marked your child away.

I could keep going on. I would avoid this app until they actually put some thought into it.

We have been with them for over a year. We were there first American customer. We absolutely love this app and how well it works for us and our parents. The company is friendly, courteous, and quick to help when I need help. I love the part on the app where I can send parents messages and pictures.
