I don’t want to scroll through a tape mode! Please fix this. ### 3/5 — Necessary Upgrades *2026-04-01* The app needs notifications for new, modified and cancelled reservations. There also needs to be filter and sort tools incorporated into the various reports and reservation lists. Please make these necessary changes! The app won’t let me. So, I tried to trick the app into changing my password by clicking “forgot password “ at the login screen. It says “email sent” but no emails ever arrive. As an owner I still cannot add a booking for one of my own guests (non paying guest of owner type) using the app which is very frustrating! I see that I can view them using the calendar now but I want to manage my bookings using the app on the go rather than having to wait until I am at a computer to use the desktop version. Please add this functionality. ### 2/5 — Dashboard has suddenly disappeared *2020-12-06* This was a great app until in a recent version the dashboard has disappeared showing only a white screen. I have an iPhone 11pro with current updates and it does not work anymore. It is NOT designed with a property Owner in mind. Such a downgrade … even though it was pitched by our new property management firm as “cutting edge technology” It’s about as cutting as a butter knife. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-10, version 2.100* Awful!!!! Feels like a teenager made it on his X 86 Computer in 1999. Terrible interface unfortunately the management company that our previous management company sold out to switch switched to this Software. Good God, I mean come on take a hint your Software sucks. Maybe you take some of the hard feedback and actually put your heart into a piece of Software. Now the main page doesn’t load or infrequently loads and none of the buttons to navigate to reservation calendars, reports, etc work. I updated the app today and there seems to be a bug. when I sort by Created Date - the table sorts exclusively by the month first instead of by the actual date, so it either sorts by all January dates in ascending order or starting by all December dates and descending backwards. It does not take in to account the actual day or the year and so the sorting function in the ‘Created On’ column is pretty much useless. It’s hard to find out if someone actually just booked my property without lots of scrolling. ### 4/5 — Broken since last update *2021-06-14* Hi, I very much like your app. However since the last update last week it doesn’t not show me any more past rentals of previous months on the Availability Calendar. In other words when I look at June it shows for green that it’s booked. But if I go to May or any previous month it is now grayed out. I enjoyed being able to see my past daily rentals this was. If you can please update the bug it would be much appreciated.
