We had to refund to customer with the thing that we did not do. How is that possible when you can’t run any sales report. Not item sales, not dollar sales. Not Tips, tax, gift card sales reports etc. There dashboard is only about 85% better. I adjusted the pick up time for a guest and she never received the notice. For the second time online ordering is available. I just had to refund the customer $85.62 because online ordering is turned on. I’ve said numerous times that all online order is not to become available until tomorrow, 6/7/26. I’m a brand new owner customer and this is very frustrating because it makes me look bad when customers are not getting what they’re looking for.
