After 5 years of struggling to truly get ahead in the restaurant business, working with OwnerShift has completely changed the direction of our company. The guidance, accountability, and real-world systems they’ve helped us put into place have given us a roadmap that we honestly didn’t have before.

A huge thank you to my coaches, Siobhan and Dave, who have been incredibly supportive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout this entire journey. They don’t just tell you what you want to hear — they challenge you to become a better owner, better leader, and better operator. From building systems and structure, to understanding profitability, labor, food cost, and long-term growth, they’ve helped us look at our restaurant in a completely different way.

For the first time in years, I truly feel like we are working toward a sustainable and profitable future instead of just surviving day to day. Their coaching has brought clarity, confidence, and direction to both me and our team at Burnt BBQ and Tacos.
