## What is OwnYourT1D?

OwnYourT1D helps you manage life's most important supplies, insulin, pods, CGM sensors, and everything else that comes with living with Type 1 diabetes, so you always know what you have, what's running low, and what's coming up next.

Built by someone who lives this every day, OwnYourT1D replaces the guesswork of managing diabetes supplies with a clear, always-up-to-date picture of your inventory. Track what's on hand, see how long it will actually last, and get ahead of reorders before you're caught short. Works completely offline, no account or internet connection required, your data stays on your device unless you choose to sync it.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Insulin (rapid and long acting), by lot number and expiration
• Pods, cartridges, and infusion sets
• CGM sensors
• Test strips, syringes, ketone strips, and glucagon
• Fast-acting carbs you keep on hand

INVENTORY AT A GLANCE
See exactly what's in storage and what's currently in use, organized by site, so a family managing supplies across home, school, and work always knows where everything is. Real days-of-supply estimates are calculated from your own usage, not a generic guess, so low-stock and expiration warnings actually mean something.

WEAR TIME THAT HOLDS DEVICES ACCOUNTABLE
OwnYourT1D tracks how long a pod or CGM sensor actually lasted against how long it's rated to last. If a device is consistently coming up short of its promised wear time, you'll see it in black and white, real evidence for a conversation with your doctor or a warranty claim, not just a feeling.

A FULL HISTORY, ALWAYS THERE
Every item you've ever used is logged permanently: when it started, when it ended, and why, expired, recalled, damaged, or simply used up. See your lifetime usage by category and by site, so you always know how much you actually go through.

STAY AHEAD OF PROBLEMS
Get notified before a pod or sensor needs changing, before insulin has been open too long, before a supply runs low, and when a lot you own matches a recall we track (with a subscription). One less thing to keep track of in your head.

BUILT FOR HOW REAL FAMILIES MANAGE T1D
Track supplies across multiple people and multiple locations from one account. Scan a label to pre-fill lot and expiration instead of typing it by hand. Export a full backup any time. And because supplies don't stop mattering when the Wi-Fi drops, the app works fully offline, with no account required, always.

FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION
OwnYourT1D is free to use, with a limit on how many of each supply you can keep in storage. An optional annual subscription removes the limits and adds account sync, cloud backup, recall alerts, and sharing with a caregiver or family member. The subscription auto-renews every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple ID account settings. If your subscription ends, you keep everything you have and it keeps working on your device.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-03

This update focuses on bug fixes and making supply tracking easier to follow:

Supplies now shows only what's in storage and ready to use next. Items currently in use have moved to History's "Currently In Use" section, so you can edit insulin vial info and check units remaining all in one place.
Recall alerts now appear in multiple places so they are seen sooner. Previously they only appeared on the containers page for stored items.
Fixed incorrect recall link.
Added Glucose Meter as a device option on the Rx page.
Fixed bugs affecting in-use start time correction, recall status after restoring data, and device catalog entries.

### 1.0 — 2026-10-02
