I can set goals for how many shakes I want to drink each week and the app will track my progress. I also like that I can add other products to my order, like bars and powders. They are listed, but with no details of the products, just “shakes”. Not helpful. I already had to use a special browser to manage my account. I was hopeful the app would help. Also every time I am given a code (as a reward member) to use the app takes the code at first but after the transaction goes through it tells me the code cannot be used so I wind up paying full price but not being notified until after full checkout. I have tree nut and whey allergies and I never thought I’d be able to find a good tasting protein. My only complaint is that they don’t offer the powder in smaller/ sample sizes. I also love the flavors - I have bought & tried all of them. I hope they keep expanding the line…I’d love to see a cookie dough or peanut butter flavored protein! The app makes it super easy to order anything I’m running low on. Customer service is top notch too.
