## What is OXS.eco?

OXS.eco offers the following standard applications: 

• The Workbasket Application — The workbasket is the container of processes to be worked on. The workbaskets application makes it possible to view a selected workbasket. This application offers functions for viewing, modifying and – using workflow – to act upon the business processes displayed in a workbasket.

• The Search Application — The search application retrieves information based on the criteria entered in a search form. The data is presented in a result list. The search form offers input fields for specifying document types per process types and basically any type of metadata.

• The Archive Overview — The archive overview displays the logical folder structure of the archive and the processes and documents displayed in this archive.

• The Chat Application and Contact List — The communication functions in OXS.eco are based on a chat service and can be called using the application menu or the icons offered in the header area of the OXS.eco desktop. Functions include managing a personal contact list with users and groups, and establishing chat rooms for chatting,
