## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Use the updated Oxicare app instead!

*2022-04-04, version 2.3*

This one is rubbish. However, Oxicare is great!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2021-09-04, version 2.3*

Won’t sync with my phone

### 1/5 — Won’t connect at all

*2021-02-06, version 2.3*

Cannot get Bluetooth with either iPhone or two iPads .
Waste of time

### 1/5 — Can’t get it to link to phone.

*2021-01-27, version 2.3*

Help

### 1/5 — Ok when it works!

*2021-01-22, version 2.3*

Worked ok on my iPhone but instructions are in Chinese and Chinglish. Not very helpful.
My wife couldn’t get it to sync via Bluetooth with her iPhone ( identical to mine).
So in summary, it is a dubious app, which makes the device suspect as well.

### 1/5 — Get OXICARE...Works!

*2020-09-06, version 2.3*

If you're running BM1000C on iOS 13.x, download OXICARE. I got it to connect via Bluetooth within seconds.

It works...!

### 1/5 — Useless App.

*2019-12-04, version 2.3*

Do not load this app on a Apple iPhone X.
It locks up the phone. You will need to reset the iPhone then delete the app.

I tried this on a iPad and also a iPhone 6.
I purchased two Oximeters neither will connect.

Bluetooth fails on all three devices.

The Oxymeter advertised Bluetooth would work on iPhones. It will not.

Wasted my money on the China crap!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t sync with my health app for iPhone

*2019-05-30, version 2.3*

I wish the app allowed language changes. I really wanted to sync this app with the my health app for iPhone. It’s useless to have Bluetooth capabilities if the data still has to be input into a different app because it’s not compatible.

### 2/5 — It does work but only just

*2021-02-07, version 2.3*

** use the oxicare app instead

Review for this, oxycare, app
So, setting up... it’s in Chinese and landscape, not a good start. Trying to understand messages that appear is impossible for an English speaker. Having guessed it was complaining about user details, I managed to get passed that bit. Then it tries to set up the oximeter and comes up with two seemingly random device IDs or ‘Unkown’ 🤷 Using the magnifying glass does occasionally show Berry Med. When you pick this, it works; finally. It’s also not great with VoiceOver but I’m not surprised.

### 2/5 — What’s the point

*2020-05-06, version 2.3*

It shows your data but doesn’t even work with health kit.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 3/5 — Needs to connect to the iOS health app

*2021-01-23, version 2.3*

Decent and simple enough app. It’s a shame the data doesn’t transfer over to the iOS health app automatically

### 3/5 — SPO2

*2019-04-05, version 2.3*

Works but can’t change some screens to English and when asking to export data it asks for email but can’t find anywhere to inter it.
